A new vesting for The Churches Conservation Trust, we have been working through a large list of essential repairs to this Grade II* building on the east Yorkshire Coast.  Extensive repairs are needed throughout the whole building including stonework, overhauling roofs and glazing.  We also need to stabilse the tower which has some structural issues (of long standing) and tower parapets that need attention where they lean.  Prior to vesting we have been engaged by the Diocese to oversee some emergency roof repairs following a spate of thefts.
