We were invited by landscape architects Southern Green to provide a report on the condition of the built structures within the listed landscape, as part of their Historic Landscape Plan - a study of the grounds around the school building.  Work included inspection of stone and brick terrace retaining walls and an excellent range of glasshouses.  The Castle itself is a Prep School - St Martin's Ampleforth.
