We were appointed to report on the condition of this Scheduled Monument, a three storey dovecote dating from 1735. Our client had taken it over on the purchase of the Farm and it was in a very poorly state.  Having carried out a thorough inspection we prepared a schedule of repairs so costs could be established and Scheduled Monument Consent obtained.  Hopefully the bulding will one day be repaired.
